Events

We do events! Yes we do. All sorts of them actually.

So far (because we are sure that new requests will always come through!) we have had: Courtyard parties including 30th’s, baby showers and Christmas celebrations. Inside we’ve had an array of networking events including Adelaide Word of Mouth, The Adelaide Network and Collaborate to Innovate, all with their own unique style of working.

Nanna Nights
Held on the second Thursday of the month,
Crochet classes for basic beginners through to advanced over coffee and cake. Our crafty leader Kate will guide newbies (like me!) through the process of learning the art of crochet. All levels and crafts welcome. More details here!

Fairtrade Film Night, Sat 12 May, 4pm
Every choice matters.
Join us for a relaxed afternoon of short films on fair trade (with a focus on coffee practice) followed by a question and answer session with Linda Chalmers (FTAANZ). Tickets are $6 single, $10 couple (includes a free cup of popcorn) and guests will be treated to $3 coffees, faitrade Chocolate (donated by Oxfam) testing and raffles. The event is held as part of Fair Trade Fortnight 2012 and all ticket proceeds will go to the SA Fair Trade Network.

And, just because we can and laughter is fun we have held a Games Night on the first Thursday of every month! As winter is approaching the “season” of games will end with a final hoorah on Thurs 7 June. Be it Scrabble, Uno, Taboo, Canasta, Bop It, Jenga, Rummikub or Puzzles. With friends or solo. Coffee or tea. Your way or the highway. View recent games shenanigans here.
