E for Ethel works with local businesses to deliver great tasting, good ethos products. We’re honest folk at Ethel’s – we don’t profess to be coffee geeks in the true sense (or perhaps at all…..yet!), but what we do promise (cross our hearts!) is to give you a great tasting coffee.

Boutique coffee roasters De Groot Coffee Co supply fair-trade, single origin beans.

We are currently running a Papua New Guinea single origin bean, ground to order with textured milk. No bubbles, no mounds of froth, no overload of chocolate powder. Full flavour, delicious tasting goodness. And sometimes we rock the coffee art – sometimes not. But it will ALWAYS taste delicious!

Hand blended Scullery Made Tea is made using locally grown seasonal fruits and herbs combined with the finest whole leaf tea. Ethel’s also serves: Tweedvale Milk, Bonsoy, Bondi Chai, Chamellia Tea and Oracle Organic Juices.

 

Food Stuff

While we didn’t intend to expand into food just yet, we had so many requests that we do have a limited menu! You ask, we shall deliver! Our menu includes old school toasted sandwiches, croissants, muesli, fruit salad or banana bread. Or our house favourite, Spinach and Ricotta Filo.
