E for Ethel works with local businesses to deliver great tasting, great ethos products. Boutique coffee roasters De Groot Coffee Co supply fair-trade, single origin beans.

We rotate through single origin beans (including Honduras, Peruvian, Colombian + Nicaraguan), ground to order with textured milk. No bubbles, no mounds of froth, no overload of chocolate powder. Full flavour, delicious tasting goodness. And sometimes we rock the coffee art – sometimes not. But it will ALWAYS taste delicious!

Hand blended Scullery Made Tea is made using locally grown seasonal fruits and herbs combined with the finest whole leaf tea. Ethel’s also serves: Tweedvale Milk, Bonsoy, Bondi Chai, Chamellia Tea and Oracle Organic Juices.

Our food menu grows almost weekly – the current fare can be found here. Our tasty sweet treats rotate to include a selection of utterly delicious baked goods, often by local baker Four Seeds! They change everyday, so best to look in store!
